SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Message: I travel about 10 months out of the year and stay in several hotels throughout the mid west. Spring Hill suites here is just an Average hotel. Place is quiet, which is always a plus. Disappointing the Room was dirty upon arrival. Room has not been vacuumed and bed/linen had small brown stains. Air vent was filthy. It seems like housekeeping just doesn’t care. Front desk service was a little above average. We booked this hotel based on recommendations from locals and Great rates for extended stay. Sounds like this hotel is a hit or miss based on current reviews.

Message: Rooms were nicely constructed but so many problems with service. When we made the reservation a week prior we requested to have additional linens, pillows, and towels in the room because we have kids and we knew we were going to be using the sofa bed. Got to the room and none were there. Used the chat feature on Marriot’s app to request those things again but no one replied. Called the front desk and they said that if we wanted more linens we would have to come get them and they had no more pillows… told them we have kids and we wouldn’t have enough pillows for everyone and that I requested these things when I made the reservation a week ago, there was no excuse to not have them. She wrote our room number down and said she would call someone to acquire extra pillows and have them brought to our room. 10 pm comes around and no one ever brought anything. Room had splashes of some sort of colored liquid, cleaner spray drips maybe?, throughout, so things obviously weren’t wiped well after being sprayed with cleaner. Husband found a carpet tack in the middle of the floor that thankfully no one stepped on. The elevator didn’t work properly, as I saw many other reviews mentioned, yet when I mentioned it to the front desk lady she acted so surprised… as I was walking to the breakfast area I heard someone else tell her the same thing regarding the elevator and she still acted surprised

Message: Its not a bad place to stay, but housekeeping needs some work. The shower floor had hair and what I'm guessing was shampoo on the floor. The bottle of body wash and hairdryer were also missing from the room. The staff are always pretty friendly.
